Freelance Site Manager – High-End Retail Fit Out (Brighton)

Position: Freelance Site Manager
Location: Brighton
Start Date: Tuesday 26th August 2025 (Post-Bank Holiday)
Duration: 10 Weeks
Rate: £250 - £260 per day
Hours: 10-hour days (some weekend work required)

My client, a well-established retail fit-out contractor, is seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee a high-end retail fit-out project in Brighton, starting at the end of August. This is a fast-paced, detail-focused programme with premium retail brands, so experience in similar environments is essential.

Key Requirements:

  • Strong background in managing retail fit-out projects

  • Experience with brands like Hollister, Abercrombie & Fitch, or similar premium retailers

  • Confident managing subcontractors, site logistics, and tight schedules

  • SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid certified

  • Proven ability to deliver high-quality finishes within programme

This is a great opportunity to work with a leading contractor on a flagship store. Weekend availability will be required at key stages of the programme.
